At Gyan Academy, we aim to provide the best learning experience to our students. Once a course is purchased and accessed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Students are advised to review course details, demos, and trial content (if available) before making a purchase.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of double payments or failed transactions where the user has been charged but has not received access to the course. In such cases, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with relevant payment proof. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment.
